Problems with delivery

Your package hasn't been delivered or is damaged? Shipping information

We ship within the EU using DHL GoGreen.

Delivery takes 1-5 days with DHL within Germany (except for pre-orders, where please note the specified delivery dates). Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email from us with the tracking ID. Should any unusual delays occur during shipping, please check the "Track Package" button.

Are you impatiently waiting for your package, but the tracking status hasn't changed for several days? Or did your package arrive damaged? Then please contact us immediately. Please provide us with your order number and, if available, the tracking number, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How can I return my order?

As an online shop, we offer a 14-day return policy after receiving your order. Please note that the item(s) must be unused, clean, and free of pet hair and dirt (see our Terms and Conditions).
